PRAYER Lift up our souls, O Lord, to the glory of you presence. Lift up our minds to the beauty of your being and lift up our hearts to the purity of your love through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN

Lent Liturgy – after the candle has been extinguished we sing STF 556 v5 “Just as I am, of that free love”

We pray together Loving God, we open our hearts to you. We invite you into our inmost being, only to find you already there. Strengthen us in our quiet places and then lead us into the work of justice and peace. AMEN

Four to five servings of this veggie juice must be consumed weekly to obtain the desired result. Use these circumspectly however, because they may lower blood sugar levels, which can be an inadequate effect that face men whose glucose levels are properly balanced.
